How long does shipping take for a Cyrusher e-bike?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive assembly video guide.
What is the return policy for Cyrusher products?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply. Custom or used items are not eligible for return.
What kind of warranty is provided?
Every Cyrusher e-bike is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, and battery, ensuring long-term peace of mind for your adventures.
Can I ride my e-bike in the rain?
Cyrusher e-bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water, as this can damage electrical components.
