Return Process

  Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your item in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Cyrusher

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our designated service center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
